Adult Material you are not allowed to sell on CQout

Note: You are ultimately responsible for making sure that items you sell or buy are allowed on CQout and are permitted by the relevant laws in your country or region you are selling into. 

The list below applies to the sale of adult films, photographs and prints by UK Sellers to any buyer or the sale by any Seller to UK buyers. For the sake of clarity the laws below do not apply to Sellers offering material for sale to non-UK buyers.

Sale of sex aids, toys and clothing is not governed by these restrictions, and are therefore permitted.

1- Publication of an Obscene Article, Contrary to S2 Obscene Publications Act 1959

Obscene articles currently are films containing , scenes of torture, murder, rape, throat gagging, defecation, urination on to person, vomiting, assaults occasioning actual bodily harm, bestiality, menstruation and fisting.
2- Supply of an R18 Classified film Contrary to Video Recordings Act 1984

3- Supply of an unclassified film e.g. homemade/amateur work which is has adult content Contrary to Video Recordings Act 1984
